How To Get A Custom Piece of Your Own

Step 1) The first thing we ask is if you are looking to have furniture that you own refinished or if you are looking for something specific to have refinished, such as “I am looking for a 6 drawer dresser with 4 inch legs” (Check out step 1b)

Step 1b) If you don’t have your own furniture, we can share inventory that we currently have that may suit your needs, if not we can suggest some places to find pieces we can refinish. We can help source the furniture for an extra fee.

Step 2) We talk about the size of your furniture, the style you are looking for, and any repairs that may be needed . If needed, we do offer a complimentary half hour design consultation. Customers source their own hardware but we have some resources to help. Anything beyond a half hour will be subject to a fee.

Step 3) We will look at the scope of work and put together a quote.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Step 4) If you agree to the quote we will have you fill out and sign a contract.

Step 5)  A 50% deposit is needed before furniture pick up or work begins.   

Step 6) We agree on a start and finish date. Booking time varies depending on the season but we can usually begin within 1 to 2 weeks
